We all want to be happy but many of us struggle to find happiness. This is because we have been looking in the wrong places. Happiness depends on our state of mind and behavior.

In this light, I created the phone app Chuckle Up. It is a personal happiness kit that provides users a space to reflect, learn and plan happiness activities. It encourages users to take up a positive mindset and be proactive about happiness.
